YOGA TO RELEASE, STRETCH AND STRENGTHEN THE PSOAS MUSCLE


The PSOAS muscle can easily get weak from too much sitting. But as well can carry lots of tensions. Try these three exercises to release, strengthen and lengthen your psoas.


If you are experiencing a lot of tension in your psoas muscle, it's important to start with the release technique first before moving on to the leg hold. Gradually increasing the amount of time you spend holding each pose.
