A full afternoon to relax, reflect & rejuvenate.

Life can be busy, exhausting, overwhelming and sometimes it is hard to pause, stop, and simply have a break.

I invite you to have a break with me in the beautiful Sussex countryside. 4 hours just for you, exploring breath, movement, and stillness.

We will start the afternoon with a flow yoga practice to energise, to open and to release. Accompanied by breathwork, grounding meditation and chants. Slowly, slowly allowing the mind to arrive and to settle in the moment. 

This is followed by tea, snacks, and chats. 

We will close the afternoon with a beautiful restorative practice and yoga nidra. 


The Venue 

The Yoga Garden is a Wellbeing centre situated in the Sussex countryside. Their handcrafted yurts set within a wildflower meadow, surrounded by the chorus of birdsongs. It's the place to wind down and rest.

The Yoga Garden is a 40 min car drive away from central Brighton.

Finally, all details are together and I can't wait to welcome you at this hidden gem in the middle of central Portugal at the Quinta das Flores. Emerge yourself into nature, let go of your day-to-day life and allow your self to truly relax and let go.

In this week-long retreat, we will use different yogic practices to open, to soften and to expand our mind and body. Each day we will start with an energizing flow yoga practice, pranayama (breathwork),  and meditation. This is followed by a nutritionist, vegetarian breakfast and time for your self, walks or massage treatments. The day will end with a slow and calm asana practice, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra (guided meditation) before we indulge into dinner, chats and laughter.

This week is designed to be in service of your nervous system, slowly calming and soothing our nerves, to allow healing, rejuvenation and relaxation to take place. You will leave the retreat with your own meditation & asana practice, and new friends. You will feel energized, empowered, calm and in peace.

Location & Getting Here

Quinta das Flores is a short car right from Figueiro dos Vinhos in central Portugal. Quinta das Flores is located within its private valley, surrounded by many different secluded terraces, with water flowing through and around the land.  Its features include - a saltwater swimming pool, accommodation with en-suite rooms, vegetable and herb garden, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, a beautiful stream flowing through the land and nutritious, tasty food prepared daily by Fiona.

Fly into either Lisbon or Porto and connect with a national bus to our nearest station, Figueiro dos Vinhos. Check-in is any time after 5pm on Sunday. We will meet and collect guests from the bus station and bring them to Quinta da Flores
