At the Summer Solstice, the sun reaches the height of its powers, before the energy shifts and the days begin to shorten again gradually.
As the sun stands still at its highest point, we are reminded to pause and reflect on our journey. And to turn our focus inward to find the nourishment, energy and strength needed to grow and evolve in the next chapter ahead. It's a beautiful moment to connect with yourself and commune with nature.

With daily morning and evening yoga practices, meditation and educational breath workshops, you will be supported and guided on your unique journey to yourself.

The retreat centre is located in the heart of Cabo de Gata Natural Park, it is one of Spains best kept secret holiday destinations. It offers untouched vulcanic nature, mountains and white sandy beaches with crystal clear waters.
The Retreat Centre is a 500-year-old watermill which has been lovingly restored and designed to support a sustainable lifestyle where people can live in harmony with nature.
