This Online-Course is a space to pause, to rest, and to return to yourself. To feel rooted again.
When a woman is under stress, the pelvic muscles often become tight and clenched. If that tension isn’t released, the pelvic floor loses its mobility, which over time leads to weakness.
Common symptoms of a tight or imbalanced pelvic floor include:
Pain in the hips, pelvis, or lower back
• Constipation or digestive issues
• Leaks or prolapse symptoms
• Discomfort or dysfunction in intimacy
This 6-week course offers gentle, women-specific yoga practices to release tension, restore mobility, and build true strength, from the inside out. Each week we’ll gather online to nourish body and soul, reconnect with our cyclical nature, and ground ourselves in the truth that we are already enough.

Week 1 Mapping the Pelvis
A soft landing. We begin by exploring and sensing the landscape of the pelvis, reconnecting to the body’s deepest roots.

A gentle unwinding. Soothing techniques and restorative poses help melt away long-held tensions, creating space for new vitality.

Week 3 Breath & Pelvis Connection
A dance of breath. We discover the relationship between the diaphragm and pelvis, using breath to restore flow and harmony.

Week 4 Rooting Through the Feet & Legs
A deep grounding. We explore how the feet, legs, and pelvis work together, finding steadiness and support from the ground up.

Week 5 The Core Beyond the Six-Pack
A quiet strength. We reconnect to the deep core and its subtle, stabilising relationship with the pelvis.

A sacred integration. We bring together everything we’ve explored, honouring the energetic heart of the pelvis.
These sessions are designed to release, restore, and strengthen the pelvic muscles, while deeply nourishing your whole being — so you can feel rooted, steady, and supported as the woman you are meant to be.

FREE CLASS
A soft landing into the body.
We begin by exploring the landscape of the pelvis, the root of our being, where the body remembers its deepest rhythms.
​
You’ll need: a chair, one or two blankets, a small pillow, a bolster or soft cushion, and yoga blocks or books.
Come exactly as you are.
This first practice of the Rooted Woman Course is an invitation to return home to your body, your breath, your centre. Through relaxation, gentle movement, and touch, we awaken awareness and begin to rewire the brain, reconnecting old and creating new neural pathways.
Revisit this practice whenever you feel ungrounded, anxious, or disconnected. Each time you do, you strengthen your connection to your roots, to the quiet wisdom of your pelvis, and to the steady ground beneath you.
