Hello, welcome to my online video library. Over the years I recorded some videos for you to keep on practicing at home and in your own time. These videos are all for free, and you can watch them as often as you like and share them with as many people you want.

As I am planning to expand my knowledge in bodywork and hopefully soon will be back in school learning about muscles and bones and more. This is a great workout for weak buttocks muscles, targeting stabilizing muscles in your legs and hips. This will help you maintain and regain your mobility.

This sequence is a game-changer if you experience hip pain or restricted mobility in your hip joint. Especially if you sit a lot at work or in the car or train. 
I am not a doctor or a physiotherapist I only can share with you my experience and this 10 min exercise helps me to live pain-free! Always practice with awareness, listen to your body and go step by step

20 min Morning yoga flow 

This is a great little flow sequence for the morning. The first 5 min concentrating on freeing and opening the joints and the body and the breath, and can be practised by its self if you only have little time. This is an all level sequence, stay honest with your self, only go as far as it feels appropriate for you. Don't be afraid to rest and to focus on your breath. This class ends with a short meditation. I hope you will enjoy it.

Hip mobility & strengthening class

This class is for everybody, but especially for those with tight hips. Using active range of motion and through strengthening the muscles around our hips we are creating more mobility in our hip joint. Always remember to listen to your body, if you feel any uncomfortable pain, please move out of the pose and continue with the next one. Give your body time to adjust to the new movements introduced. 6 min Joint freeing Sequence

This is a must if you wake up in the morning with aches and pains in your neck, shoulders and back. Or if you are suffering from a rotator cuff injury. Or if you just look for some gentle morning movement, which is linked to your breath. As always listen to your body, and don't move into pain. Hope you enjoy it.

This is a quick practice to warm up and revitalise. Practice whenever you feel like you need an energy boost. Take your time, enjoy.
