It is summer, life is full of excitement, travel, and late nights. Everything feels lighter and more energetic, but then the night comes and you may find yourself staring at the ceiling, counting sheep, tossing and turning and waking up much too early. I have the perfect antidote for you. Join me in this 60 min online class, where we will gently stretch out the body, calming the breath and so finding stillness in the mind, to find a deeper and more restful sleep. This class is for everyone, all you need is a quiet place in your home and access to a zoom.
Classes can be canceled or rescheduled up till 12h before start of the class. Any cancellation done after that will be charged fully.
