Service Description

a 30 min online meditation session. If you struggle to meditate or always wanted to meditate but never knew how to start or what to do, these sessions are for you. After a short interview, I will guide you through a 10 min, tailored to your needs, meditation. You will receive not only the confidence but also the recording afterwards so that you can start your personalised mediation journey stress-free.

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be canceled or rescheduled up till 12h before start of the class. Any cancellation done after that will be charged fully.
