To be honest, I am not practicing restorative yoga enough, but every time I commit myself to the practice, I feel amazing afterward. I want you to ask yourself: how often are you do nothing? No phone, TV, Netflix, book or people? Just you! It's so important for us to rest and reset. It helps us to rejuvenate, heal and to gain new energy. Try this little sequence I recorded on my last retreat in Morocco. This practice is a great way to wind down after a busy working day. It will open your lungs and reverses the hunched sitting posture, most of us establish while sitting in front of the computer. All you will need is one blanket, a calm room and 15 min of your time.
